This is a very popular 1.5V Silver Oxide replacement to the original 1.35V Mercury 343 battery used in all Accutron 218 models. The slightly higher voltage of this replacement cell has been well tolerated in 218 models causing no real variance in timekeeping accuracy. Sorry, but Batteries are not returnable.
